"fit was actually true to size"
i ordered a pair of jeans from shopredone.com and wasn’t sure how the sizing would be, but they ended up fitting really well. i went with my usual size and didn’t have to deal with an exchange, which was a relief. the waist is snug in a good way, not uncomfortable, and the length is pretty much exactly what i expected. overall, really happy with how they fit.

"Assumed it’d be quick, but nope"
I ordered from shopredone.com thinking shipping would be straightforward, but I guess I assumed too much. The delivery took way longer than expected, and the tracking barely moved the whole time, so I kept thinking something had gone wrong. When I reached out to customer service, they weren’t much help either. By the time the package finally showed up, I was already over it. Probably won’t order again because the shipping experience was just a mess.

"Looks nice, but a bit pricey"
The stuff is definitely cute and looks good at first glance, but the prices felt a little high for the quality you get. I’m not sure I’d say it’s totally worth it, though to be fair, some pieces do have a nice look to them.

"Website feels cluttered and the emails are too robotic"
The clothes themselves are decent, but the website is kind of a mess, especially on my phone. It feels cluttered and takes longer than it should to browse around. I also reached out by email and the replies felt really robotic, like I was getting copy-paste answers instead of help from an actual person

"I was hoping to hear back a bit..."
I was hoping to hear back a bit sooner, so the slow reply was kind of frustrating. That said, they did eventually fix my issue, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an okay experience, just not quite as quick or smooth as I expected.

"Super comfortable jeans"
I ordered from shopredone.com and was really happy with the fit. The jeans felt comfortable all day, not stiff or irritating like some pairs can be. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase and would definitely consider buying from them again...

"Really nice quality overall"
The material feels really nice and solid, and overall it seems well made. I did notice one stitch was a little loose, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. In the end, I’m happy with it and it feels like a good buy.

"Returning them was literally such a hassle"
I ordered a pair of jeans and they didn’t fit, so I figured I’d just return them the next day. But the whole process on the site was literally way more confusing than it needed to be, especially the exchange options.
Customer service took days to get back to me, and I still ended up having to pay extra fees. For what the jeans cost, returns should be way easier than this. I don’t see myself ordering again
